| Milton Keynes Sub Aqua Club holds members personal information on a computer
(as specified on the membership application form). Use of the information is regulated by the Data Protection Act (1998).
Information about members is used in three ways: -- To assist the Committee in the running of the Club and ensuring safe diving.
- To assist members to contact each other in the organising of dives, training and social events.
- To provide information to members relevant to the training currently being undertaken.
Members information will not be released to third parties without the individual members permission. It is a
condition of access to the "Members Only" sections of the Club website that information on other
members is not released to third parties.A list of the information held, and the reasons for doing so can be found hereIn accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998), members or ex-members of MKSAC may request
a complete copy of information held about them by the Club. A nominal fee is charged, application should be made
